C’est le doyen des juges d’instruction près le TPI de Dixinn qui a émis depuis le 31 mai 2021 un mandat d’arrêt international contre Sekou Koundouno, administrateur de la plate-forme Balaie Citoyen.
L’activiste de la société civile est poursuivi pour des faits d’associations de malfaiteurs, incendie volontaire, trouble à l’Etat par le massacre, dévastation ou le pillage, participation à un mouvement insurrectionnel et menace par le biais d’un système informatique.
